Military Bio Service Dates: 14 Apr, 1965 - 11 Apr, 1969 Comments: MOS - 0311, Infantyman (Grunt). Two combat tours in RVN with 1st MarDiv, FMF-Pac. Foxtrot Co., 2nd Bn, 5th Marines 1965-1966, Landed in RVN in Apr, 66, transferred in May. Hotel Co., 2nd Bn, 7th Marines 1966-1967, Finished first combat tour. Base M.P. Company, Camp Pendleton. 1967 Bravo Co., 1st Bn, 27th Marines 1967-1968, landed in RVN, Feb, 1968. (1st Marine Brigade, attached to First MarDiv) W.I.A. 13 Apr, 1968, near Hue. Med-evaced to CONUS. Separated from active service at Great Lakes Naval Hospital Marine Barracks at end of hitch. Honorably Discharged. |
