Military Bio Service Dates: 1949/1954 & 1965/1981 Comments: Joined the Army January 1949-Break to join the Forest Service Smokejumpers, Missoula, Montana. Maintained Service in The Army Reserves- Back to Active duty January 1965. Volunteered to serve at Fort Polk, Louisiana Infantry Training Center- Drill Instructor. Volunteered for Viet Nam duty- Joined Co. B 3rd Bn 503rd 173rd Airborne Bde 1968- later, MACV TM 55, MAT 102, RACH GIA-1969, 2nd tour Co C 2/1st 196th Lt Inf Bde.
